It is obvious that the crosses move to the right and up. Therefore, $y$ increases when $x$ increases. Hence the answers B and D are not correct.

And the trend likes a straight line. Therefore, the relation between $x$ and $y$ is a linear relation. Hence the answer C is not correct.
